Editor-Approved Serums for Radiant Skin
Five serums our editors have tested across seasons, climates and skin types — and continue to return to.

A serum is, in many ways, the most personal product on a vanity. It is where you choose what to treat, what to support and what, quietly, to invest in. The five below have earned their place on our shelves through repeated, unprompted use.
Each is independently selected by our editors. Some links may be affiliate.
How we tested
Every serum here was used by at least two editors for a minimum of eight weeks, across morning and evening routines, in city and travel conditions. We assessed texture, layerability, results and — because it matters — the way the bottle felt on the shelf.
What to look for in a serum
A great serum is concentrated, well-formulated and respectful of the barrier. It should solve a problem you actually have, not one a marketing campaign has invented for you.
- A single hero ingredient at a meaningful concentration
- Packaging that protects the formula from light and air
- A texture you enjoy enough to use consistently
If you take one thing from this edit, let it be this: a single, well-chosen serum used every day will out-perform a shelf of half-used bottles. Choose carefully, then commit.
