About
A quiet edit, made with care.
The Beauty Edit began with a small frustration: that so much of what is written about beauty is loud, anxious or for sale.
We started this publication for the woman we kept missing on the page — the one who reads broadly, dresses with intention and prefers the perfectly considered cashmere coat to the trend of the moment. She wears one serum, not five. She knows the name of her dermatologist and the brand of her sunscreen. She values longevity, in skin and in everything.
Each story on The Beauty Edit is written by an editor who has actually lived with the subject. We test products across seasons. We read the science. We talk to dermatologists, founders, makeup artists and the women whose vanities we quietly admire. Then we write only the part worth keeping.
What we cover
Skincare, beauty, fashion and the wider rituals of an elevated everyday — travel, interiors, the small luxuries that make a Sunday feel like a Sunday. We are particularly interested in skin longevity, in quiet luxury, in the French and Scandinavian schools of restraint, and in the products that have earned their place over decades rather than algorithms.
How we recommend
Every product mentioned on The Beauty Edit is independently chosen by our editorial team. Some links are affiliate, which means we may earn a small commission when you purchase through them — at no additional cost to you. We never accept payment for inclusion and we never feature a product we wouldn't recommend to a close friend.
Beauty, in the end, is less about what you put on and more about what you choose to keep.
Thank you for reading. We are glad you are here.
